We currently ship our products via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most shipments will arrive 2-4 days after shipment. We offer flat rate shipping. Orders $20 or less ship for $3.95. Orders $20 or more ship for $7.95. All orders $75 or more are shipped free of charge.
Please ensure the address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses when the address is submitted incorrectly.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at LaBoutiqueOnline.net.
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at La Boutique. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please follow the procedures below:
Return Garment Checklist:
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within ten days of the original shipping date.
- La Boutique will send you an RMA (Return Authorization Number)
- Garments must be returned to La Boutique in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
- All garments must be returned with their original tags attached.
- Please include your Return Authorization Number with your return for easy processing.
- Once the returned garment is received we will issue you a store credit (minus the original shipping cost).

Clothing without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restocking fee.
Sale items are all a final sale and cannot be returned.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
La Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned.
Store credits are valid for a period of one year.
