We securely process all of our payments via PayPal where we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay via your PayPal account, if you have one. Transactions will show up on your statement as LABOUTIQUE.
We collect the required 4% state sales tax, along with the appropriate local tax (2-4%) on all orders shipped to addresses in Georgia.
We currently ship our products via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most shipments will arrive 2-4 days after shipment. We offer flat rate shipping. Orders $20 or less ship for $3.95. Orders $20 or more ship for $7.95. All orders $75 or more are shipped free of charge.
Please ensure the address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses when the address is submitted incorrectly.

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at La Boutique Online. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please follow the procedures below.
Refunds (minus the original shipping cost) will only be issued for the unopened/unused items(s). All other returns will be issued store credit. We will refund your money, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable along with the original pack slip. For returns without the original pack slip, you will be issued an electronic store credit.
If you simpy changed your mind or ordered the wrong item and want to return your purchase for an exchange. Go ahead and return your item back to us and once received, you will be issued an electronic credit (minus the original shipping cost) from us to shop for something else.
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. RMA Number may be requested 10 days from the date your product shipped from our warehouse. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or on the outside of the box will be refused. We will not accept any returns sent COD. You may request your RMA number by emailing us at email@example.com.
- Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)
- Include a copy of the original e-mail invoice. You may print this by logging into your account order history. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, & phone number.
- For your protection, we recommend you send your return with a trackable carrier like UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
